How long before my shoes are posted to me?

We aim to ship the shoes with in 2 days from when payment has been recieved, we usually are able to do this the next business day.

How are my shoes posted to me?

We use Express Post with Australia post with in Australia, this allows us to track the item if by chance the parcel goes missing with in Australia Post system.  For all International shipments we send via Airmail and at this time the Postage system does not have tracking for this, if you require the item to be tracked we can arrange this for you at an extra cost.  Please contact us to discuss.

What if I don't like the shoes or the size is incorrect?

We offer a 100% money back guarantee on the shoes, so if you find the size is incorrect please contact us for an exchange and we can then put the correct size away for you.  Although we offer a money back guarantee on all our shoes thee postage cost for returns and exchanges are at the expense of the purchaser.

What if the shoes are faulty?

In this case if the shoes are found to be faulty we offer a full refund to the purchaser for the shoes and the postage costs to the purchaser and for returned postage.  We need to be contacted to discuss options and how we are able to find the best solution for yourself.
